About Your Dues

How much are dues?

Current annual dues are $470 year, but are billed $235 twice per year.  This fee is assessed to each property in the development.  $410 is used for general expenses and the remaining $60 is set aside for major capital improvements.

When are they due?

Invoices are sent out twice per year.  The Treasurer mails all property owners their assessment statement twice a year with due dates being January 1 and July 1

How do I pay?

You can pay by bank check, personal check, or Zelle.
